Today, just sending a form to the Maltese Social Security has cost a total of $A15.90  for postage, and does not include transport. I hope that they don’t do it to all pensioners. I am only discussing about my case. Staying silent does not solve the issue, and nobody cares. People have to learn and make their concerns public.

Also, the top background is made up of my interpretation of Morse code for music notes, in this case, A major. So in a sense, the Morse code is repeating itself as a form of swinging chorus from left to right, while the symbol of A major enters the stage.
