The unknown poet, roving the mid-night city streets.

Rhythms of the wheat fields plays, as the wind blows and stage.

In a stream of the endless pulsating world, words drift silently away.

Reading the clouds of silence, pausing for quiet moments, closing my eyes.

With the wind at their backs, the waves begin to play their part.

On a chilly night, beneath a brightly rolling moon.

The point I am raising is the author’s accountability and “FINDER”, the person who finds and discovers artefacts, and what rights and recognition they have. They cover all forms of art. It is easy to neglect people’s names or are called nameless, peasants and so on, but all have the same right as all.  

The origin of the object/idea has rights as without that object/idea a new work would not have been possible and authored by the new creator.
